Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as 'these terms') stipulate the conditions for the use of LeafWhisper (hereinafter referred to as 'this app'). All users (hereinafter referred to as 'users') of this app are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These terms apply to all relationships between the users and the operator of LeafWhisper (hereinafter referred to as 'the operator') regarding the use of this app.

Article 2 (User Registration)

1. User registration for this app is completed by the user applying for registration in accordance with the procedures specified by the operator and agreeing to these terms.

2. The operator may refuse the application for user registration if the applicant falls under any of the following:

• Providing false information
• Other cases where the operator deems the registration inappropriate

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this app:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of the operator or third parties
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the service
• Unauthorized access or attempts to do so

Article 4 (Suspension of Service)

The operator may suspend all or part of the service without prior notice to the users if any of the following occur:

• Maintenance or inspection of the system
• Service provision is difficult due to force majeure such as fire, power outage, or natural disaster
• Other cases where the operator deems it necessary to suspend the service

Article 5 (Restrictions on Use and Deregistration)

The operator may restrict the use of the service or deregister the user without prior notice if the user falls under any of the following:

• Violation of any provision of these terms
• Other cases where the operator deems the use inappropriate

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. The operator does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content provided to users through this app.

2. The operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user in connection with the use of this app.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms of Service)

The operator may change these terms without notifying users if deemed necessary.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

2. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with this app, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the operator shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
